    Somatic self-defense: the practice of integrating a deep knowing that one is worth defending and having the tools to defend oneself internally and externally.

  • Self-offense is a proactive approach to self-defense rooted in the belief “I am worth defending.”Self-defense begins before a situation becomes physical.
